The State Department of Environmental Conservation is buying some prime real estate on the shore of Lake Ontario. The DEC is spending more than $183,000 to purchase the former Bachy's Marina in Three Mile Bay. The state says it will improve the existing boat launch and tear down the marina building to make way for additional parking.
