BUFORD, Ga. (BP)--New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary has launched its third prison extension program to train inmates for ministry. Phillips State Prison in Buford, Ga., has joined Leavell College bachelor's degree programs at the state penitentiaries in Angola, La., and Parchman, Miss.
