Costel Busuioc, the Romanian singer nicknamed “the Pavarotti of Banat,” who won a music competition broadcasted by a Spanish TV channel, launched his first album on Tuesday, featuring arias signed by Puccini as well as Beatles songs, at the Sony BMG Recording House.
