O2 Ireland CEO Danuta Gray calls Apple users "freaks" in an interview with the Irish Independent this morning. Confirming O2 Ireland's plans to introduce the iPhone in that county in March, Ms. Gray said: "I'd say your Apple freaks will be queuing out the door when we launch."
Danuta Hübner, the European commissioner for regional policy, has threatened legal action against Germany and Austria unless they provide, within a month, summaries of national controls of structural and cohesion funds spending in 2006.
O2 Ireland today confirmed that it will be the exclusive Irish carrier for Apple's iPhone when it makes its official debut in Ireland on March 14th. Three new iPhone tariffs will be available from O2, starting at E45, all of which will include anytime minutes, texts and a 1GB data bundle.
