COLUMBIA †Americans United for Separation of Church and State announced Thursday it is suing South Carolina over the new 'I Believe' license plates. The Legislature passed a bill in May that authorized the plates, which will have a picture of a cross displayed in front of a stained-glass window, and Gov.
