A "Family Guy" spinoff is reportedly in the works. It's supposedly centered on neighbor Cleveland Brown and is being developed by "Family Guy" creator Seth MacFarlane, Mike Henry (who voices Cleveland) and "Simpsons" vet Rich Appel.
