Opelousas will get its financial report card Wednesday when the accounting firm of John S. Dowling and Company presents the city's 2006-07 audit. The fiscal year covered by that report ended Aug. 31, 2007, and Opelousas Comptroller Elaine Hudspeth thinks the city got a "B."
